Longcross was formed in 2018 to source and acquire medium to large scale strategic land opportunities in the industrial, mixed use and residential markets.

We have extensive experience in finding, analysing and acquiring real estate, asset management, design and planning. We specialise in off market transactions and have successfully obtained a range of permissions and changes of use across multiple sectors.

The team has a strong track record of operating in the UK and have worked globally on projects across Europe, the USA and Gulf regions, transacting well in excess of $1bn in deals.
